sew me here
as silence
willing captive
to your sighs
bring into your breath
my willing flight
storied resurrection
of a long ago
reprieve
given words
where none
the heart shall leave
curs’ed moon
for chances took
prophecies foretold
secrets falling
– quiet
to the cold
press me
as forever
to the places
you begin
burst me as a bloom
beneath your skin
. . .

Beautiful!
Thank you so much, Deana. My blessing comes in knowing you find your own voice in the words. ~ Much love, Bobbie
Its wonderfully captive in imagery and expressions! Bobbie! I have nominated you for some awards! pls check..http://wp.me/p1Zs7k-1jp
Dearest Soumyav, you steal my heart with your kindness and grace. Thank you for the nominations, but moreso for your love and friendship. ~ Always, Bobbie
the poem was so full of secrets and whispers…I wish I knew how to capture the mystique of natural beauty like you do.
O, Nessa, but you do………yours is one of strength and mystery all your own. I love the emotion that comes through your writing, your own secrets and whispers. That’s the wonder of words ~ they are the same and yet never the same, for always they carry the spirit of the writer into the place where they are spoken aloud. In your words (in our words) we have immortality of a kind few ever know. Through words, we find common voice that binds us together. Thank you, Nessa. ~ All my love, Bobbie
As always, your poems are exquisite, each one worth to be published!
And as always, your kindness is a cool breeze on a summer day. Thank you so much, my friend. Truly, you have no idea what it means to me. ~ Love, Bobbie
One can but smile, while embracing joy from reading what your heart shares each day, beautiful rhapsodies that forever enchant and leave many breathless and without words! I try to find words to describe what you pen, when you pen, but they usually are far beyond, what might come to life in my mind, for what flows from within you is like a heavenly stream, that once you embrace it you are lost forever in its bliss. What a place to be, when one can awaken and read and smile as the first morning light arrives because of the smiling life in your words…you are a wonderfully gifted poet my sister…God bless you always!
I am truly blessed by the honor I find in your presence, Wendell. Always, you bless my way with your own sweet light. ~ Bobbie
