in the space of time
– an evermore –
of beauty so divine
as heaven wills –
a moment
I become
witness to
ten thousand lives
walking through
to more –
stooped to pick a flower
from the place
I loved
before
when life was choice
returned to breath –
far more than hands
could hold
tis there remains
the music
– of my one
eternal soul
colors
few would notice
names I dare not say –
fields no longer flourish
as my paths are
worn away
recall me
as the meadow
where daylight came to burn –
held within
the rhythm of the moon
somewhere stars
are waiting –
as a wish made long ago
– lanterns strung
across the darkest night
reserve my ways
for longing
in a place not yet began
a faraway
made sweeter –
by my stay
. . .

As lyrical and beautiful as you have ever written, Bobbie. ~xo~

The places that we set our feet upon become real and sweeter for our staying, how much more the souls in those places we touch and those that touch us… this is profoundly beautiful, Bobbie. Love, Dee
….our destiny revealed in light to our unfolding. Always we live in the places we loved. Thank you, dearest Dee. You touch my soul this day. ~ Love, Bobbie
This one really is exquisite.
