o tell me again
of a moment so dear
could cleave from my soul
the remembrance
of ache
would weave
of the losing
a tapestry fine
wrapped as it was
to the story began
blest be the grieving
til nothing is lost
but an emptiness
filled by a kiss long ago
wrench from my sorrows
the mercy of love
– to remain
when the earth
is gone cold
let not these arms
be deceived by the chill
this bed
by the falling apart
tempt not these lips
in silence
to squander –
the richness of story
held by the heart
. . .
Stunning, as always, Bobbie.
……and as always, I am awed by your kindness, Richard. Thank you so much. ~ Ever love, Bobbie
You’re welcome
And here in the quiet
of the evening chill
sweet memories wait
as they always will
and a gentle warmth they start
when they reach to touch our heart

There is a touch of magic beneath the surface of your words that can caress the heart and soul with an almost unnoticed tenderness, darlin’ girl. xo
Me
Then I am fortunate beyond what I already know………… Thank you, dearest Paul. ~ Ever, Me
Bobbie, I could stay here and read for hours-
Your poetry is so very beautiful and heartfelt, always.
With Love, Cindy
Cindy, I couldn’t ask for sweeter company. Sometimes when I look at your photos, I wish your house was next door………. Love to you always ~ Bobbie
If I can use these two words together: heart-wrenchingly beautiful. Wonderfully profound poetry, as ever, Bobbie. Love to you.
Stunning and beautiful, Bobbie. Love, Dee
Always such a beautiful love song waiting, finding life within your words deep inside, and breaths now seem to lose their power, as one feels the embrace of love which they find. One knows the priceless treasure so alive, for we find ourselves blessed to share it each day, knowing with each inspiring touch alive in your words, we will want their embracing hugs to forever stay . Your poems always move and inspire, so I thought I would praise this one with a poem! Hugs and blessings to you always Bobbie!
