Oh, I love “tears have turned to ashes on the lawn”, Bobbie. The light and energy of the phoenix lies between the lines of your poem as you move into the new. Beautiful. x

with Winter slowly giving way to Spring, a feeling of accepting not expecting
washes over your words to me…they feel good…simple as a breath of fresh air

Though darkness holds our fears and fright
In the waning hours of the night
Comes a new and brilliant light…
Comes the dawn, and every day opens the door to a new light, a new life. ~xo~

As the dawn comes and we rise again, there is a new ascension which begins, where thoughts once again find themselves embraced by what seemed to be a fading memory or two….but in this days newness, you find that you want them to stay within a timeless forever lasting throughout the day…such is the longing one comes to know….it is always so very special! The love in a selfless spirit always provides a blessing…and your poems always leave them making many to smile!
