beyond the path
of once begun
what road shall take us home
tho weeds are grown
and wicks have burned away
will wing’eds
go before us
as twilight thru the trees
as secrets brushing soft
against the day
beyond the will
of knowing –
a place of quiet waits
within the glowing
restlessness
of night
magic wraps
her evergreen
arms around the moon
– wonder burns to love
a crimson light
beyond the veil
of questioning –
where presence is unknown
as one we are forever –
let us go
across and through
the wilderness –
to find the ways we loved
were come for us
and in our seeking –
home
. . .
