At arbitrary times in my life – sitting on the back porch, coming up the driveway, folding warm towels from the dryer, standing at the kitchen window watching a robin cock his head, hearing a burst of laughter from one of many children I call my own – I feel a wavelike rush of joy.
This is my divine religion: random moments of nearly painful happiness for a life I feel blessed to live.
Thanks for the reminder, Jane. ❤
The beauty says it all …
in the sweet between breaths, poems sit silent………except for their wings……. Thank you, my dear Salva.
Ah … that’s a poem of it’s own … 🙂
Quite possibly……….. 🙂
Moments like this are so precious…, and too often we let them slip through our fingers unnoticed. Beautiful thoughts Bobbie. ~xo~
Me
I especially liked the “sittin’ on the back porch” part ! ~ever~
