when summer rains
are drifted
further than the moor –
into the place
where night
grows shorter still
into a favored lullaby
passion pleads replay –
silent notes
are written
as balms to yesterday
purple blue horizons
are feathered
past our stead –
as early now the autumn
twilight glows
against the torch forgotten
– a starting over come
wings to paint in lilac
o’er the sun
souvenirs of living
stories catch the breeze –
as daylight glistens softly
on the lawn
angels dance
atop the bloom –
winter kisses swarm
pouring light into us
– shine the ways
to home

Really like the flow of life through this, Bobbie. Nice !

So amazingly beautiful to awaken to this morning and read! A gem of a poem Bobbie!
