stardust
was the first I knew
of midnight confidantes –
prints along
the edges
of my room
verses
found in corners
words I never used –
poems sweetly tucked
into the night
breathless
as a robin’s first
warms the window sill
– what proof
has been forsaken
to the dark
blushing hands
resist the fault
of memory to plead
swollen lips –
the taste of honeybees
a curs’ed line
runs parallel
to places I am still
– gathered as a wish
into a sigh
. . .

Time shall come and time shall tell.
….and always, we are a part of moments in which we loved…….. Thank you, dearest Salva…….. ❤

“stardust

After I read this line I was lost for the rest of the poem, Bobbie. The words just led me to another place, another time… xo
Me
…a place of love, I am certain, dear Paul………. In such, we are recalled to a time without fear, where only love knew our name. ~ Always with love, Bobbie
Was right down there close to where you are now…, enjoying the sand, gulf air, and the peacefulness of it all. Will want to see pics. xo
I have to agree with PapaBear 🙂
thoughts of stardust is magickal in taking me to places where I have been before but never stayed…
Beautiful as always ( I came back to finish reading )
Take Care…You Matter Bobbie…
