would e’er the truth be hidden
in hands I long to hold
or stories known
where ending –
love begins
swept along on destinies
found our way to home –
light is folded passion
to the skin
would e’er I choose
these aches to still –
to free this sacred vow
to gather now
with will to lose the same
as blossom without berries
blackbirds sweep the sun
winds resound –
but they don’t know
my name
would e’er there be
arms so wide
would hold eternity –
or count the times returning
for a kiss
would suffer
every might have been
for one more letting go
love is come from moments
sorely missed

“love is come from moments sorely missed”
Would love to visit those moments once again, but know that the going back would only bring back the pain of losing again. Onward and forward, though the road is sometimes lonely, it’s the only road I know. ~xo~ Paul
🙂 the secret to this line is not in the missing, but in the love………the love was always worth the missing. Thank you, Paul. ~ Ever love, Me
So very sparkling to embrace…so it is true love will always surround us, whether in our prayers, our daily reality, or our beautiful night and day dreams! You summed it up so very well! Blessings and hugs Bobbie…thanks for the daily reminder of love’s importance!
