I’ve forgotten
times and places
touch untold –
gave my heart (the way of graces)
left of every love
I know
another girl
another baby –
(now a woman)
pens the night
silver locks reweaving promise –
verses fell
by candlelight
into magic
I was given –
fragile moments to defend
(all I was)
I am remembered –
baby
woman
child (again)
. . .

Very magical verses…matching the painting so well. I posted today a poem inspired by you and your wonderful words. Namaste, mary
