how many times
the questions pressed
for where and why we came
– something more
than fleeting happenstance
some sacred sign
was more divine
than e’er for understanding
lips to hear –
speak my name
sometimes
of moments
I’ve protected
as light within this light –
don’t know for much
the way tomorrow goes
– but have I love
and nothing else
shall garner me the more –
when held against
forever
by a smile
names forgot to praying
times I fall apart –
tears have been
forgiven long ago
the breath I am
tis more than just for longing
into life –
was for
the briefest answer
– eternity I knew

Lovely words, Bobbie.
And that picture, I could go on and on about that…

…….thank you, Eric………. words fail me. Thank you. ~ Much love, Bobbie
breathe unto breaths
bones unto flesh
until filled up to bursting
peace arrives like spring
thirsting
a name only spoken in deed
moved feet and whole lifetimes
rivers rerouted
to verses and vein
thank you, dear dear vimal. ~ love, bobbie
once again, your words blow me away.
And once again, I am felled by yours, sweet Deana. Thank you. ~ Much ever, Bobbie
I was talking to someone today, and they had read some of my poems, they said they felt a faraway touch from a different time and place! A certain embracing touch from a passing breeze, a rhythm, reminding them of someone they loved long ago. And they felt a touch, a movement and they said they felt so free and happy, they said it was a very happy memory, and that they had this moment before and the essence that they did breathe in was so very special! The life in our dna, carries the breath of many previous lives, and also those whom were loved in other times. Is It not so that we recognize something and say i felt that before! Your words always carry that quality as your heart always connects to those moments that are thought lost to many yet found in particular inspiring moments..Your poem expresses that so wonderfully, as it is well written and so divine. It surely seems that your pen’s life spans endless times, which you manage to breathe into it given life to them again! very nicely done my sister!
