heaven pulls the
mountain –
from his fragile wedding bed
anchored by the river
to her song –
breezes haunt the tired soul
dragonflies to hover
stilled in place
remembering
our soul
one more verse
will cover me –
one more birth to fall
as waters move
around me in the cold
quietly – a soft amen
rustles from the trees
brittle leaves
dance atop
the foam
let indeed
the shadows shine
with mystery uncertain
swirls beyond
this wake of circumstance
magic lies
in wilderness –
bound by fragile thorns
journey on
and I shall find you
there
. . .

this is wonderful….
the last verse is such a whisper on the wind moment…
Beautiful Bobbie….
Take Care…

love the first verse 🙂
As do i……. As of late, i’ve found myself rearranging things after writing. Odd for me – maybe it’s just a phase. 🙂 Thank you, Vimal. ~ Much love, Bobbie
A image that captures soft beauty greatly enhances the poem! Your words move like midnight stars across the sky! And they find their tranquil resting place within the hearts of those who adore your words…the spirit of your poem relaxes the soul..bringing a heavenly peace that stays within. Gorgeous poem Bobbie, God bless you and much love to you always for the smiles you always bring!
