show to the fallen
the strength into flying –
the broken
of bliss to reclaim
the place we were going
was yesterday here
we walked through a world
not the same
assurance
the word we dare
not remember –
take not of these for thy own
blind me believing
another hereafter
is written to pages
unknown
of all
and of none –
of every we are
together no different
the way
warned of the flame
held without love –
and left unprepared
for the pulling away
bless us
forgive us
grant us compassion
for more than the grieving
connecting us all
help us in holding –
the world for our reaching
for the one who sits broken
tomorrow shall fall
. . .
We are so very connected, all of us, though unique, spiritually we touch and really feel each other, especially in our words that we share. The love we all share for each other is so exquisite for it asks for none in return but will happily receive never turning away. In this life, we all need brothers and sisters, not those so much that were born in our family, but those who embrace our very spirits soulfully serenading our world each day with their light. If we are all part of that same living vine, then one is no good without the other helping to blossom our minds everyday…so it would be ever hard to pull away because of the love each brings the friendships which are born. Bobbie the message in this poem is so very crucial in life…so we all should always keep the flame burning bright for it does feed the life essence that lives within us! So beautifully done!
yes, so well put, beautiful, Love, Linda
Thank you, my dear friend. ~ Much love, Bobbie
In a world full of brokenness and sorrow, there is within the human spirit the strength and the capacity for bliss, but we need each other and God’s light to get us through. This is beautifully written, Bobbie, and it hits home especially after the tragedy with the children in Connecticut yesterday. Love, Dee
Indeed, dearest Dee. In our sorrow, let us not pull apart in anger, seeking a place for blame. Instead, let us love and let us heal. ~ Thank you, dear friend. ~ Love, Bobbie

..in the first silent moment after the shooting stopped, the healing began from love left weeping. Thank you, Paul. ~ Love, Bobbie
