in places
you remember
an unremember comes
when pushed away
from moments
sharp as glass

in places
of my coming back
remnants of the past –
are held
within each drop
of summer rain
in places
where the water
rushes colder from the spring
whispers spool
as ribbons to the rock
in places
where forever spreads
a blanket ‘neath the black
pieces of my soul
are gathered there
in places
I’ve forgotten
are traces of me yet –
nights without the need
to let me go
I’ll revisit this later…

Some moments remain forever united…and always persuasively stay…permanently cemented by love’s sweet essence…which time can never disguise or take away! It’s life and light will always live on! A very deep poem my sister…but so well written as it leaves the reader to ponder your message!
Thanks, Wendell……If I aspire to anything as a writer, it is to move others to find their own truth within the words. Thank you so very much. ~ Much love, Bobbie
& I’ve hardly forgotten those places parts of me still breathe in even when my breath stops….:'(
You’ve touched my deep through your ending
Much love
Yes, dear Mira, there are places that exist beyond us – beyond our memory, beyond our presence – suns that rise for no other reason than to touch those places. Your understanding of the words is a gift I treasure. ~ My love always, Bobbie
