I shall be
no more than verse
no more than thought dispersed –
an empty page
to curse
as navy blue to linen –
carbon to the grail
margins now become
the truth I live
taunt me not with destinies
and nights
I could not sleep –
but stayed awake to dream
else words become –
a testament to passing
deliverance from death
longing as a substitute
for life
Are you saying “don’t fence me in”???

“Pablo”
(see email for explanation)
LOL! Not at all, dear Pablo……….. although I am quick to point out that some things are made less by rules. Thank you. ~ Much love, Bobbie
Some people think of rules as laws, I like to think of them as opinion, acceptable ones or not and then form my own opinion. In other words, I like it when people can live by their own rules without offending others around them, but that’s just my opinion!
~Pablo~
Agreed….. Although any rule applied to love makes it less than love. But THAT’S JUST MY OPINION! LOL!
Yet you are more than words, for the life blood of your hearts love flows consistently, and touches the fibers of anothers heart who welcomes your glow within…always yearning, always hoping for its touch again each day! For a day would be so empty without your love and its tender smile!
As mine would be less without your kindness, Wendell. Thank you, my dear friend. ~ Love, Bobbie
Wow. I hear you. I really do. The good part is that this is exquisitely written! really….Love, Linda…gorgeous poem///
Dearest Linda, if there were one I know would hear, it would be you…….. Thank you for the grace you bring to us, and especially to me. ~ Love always, Bobbie
&you’re a saturated rhythm undergone super saturation with Light…
I love the presence of “Verse” in almost each of your poems…
Love & Light
Thank you……… You have no idea what an inspiration your comments are to me, for it is not always easy for most to see through. Thank you, Mira. ~ My love, Bobbie
Truly, words cannot clothe life and love, but the other way around. Love this, Bobbie!
Thank you, Dee. Indeed….that which lives in us, lives through us. Thank you, dear one. My love to you always! ~ Bobbie
