and still I would, angels, faith, forgiveness, grief, longing, loss, love, shadow, sorrow, story, time, trust, truth, understanding
morning waits
to fill the ache –
where once I held your heart
shadows cleft between
the dusk and day
reminders of my sorrow –
threads I’ve pulled apart
memories
to keep my dreams
awake
verses tend
my longing –
as curses rise to fall
photographs of photographs
a promise yet unmade
what heaven
has forgotten us
moments spent this way –
near enough to witness
the loss
of yesterday

Hi, Bobbie, this is one of those that is easier felt than read, sort of like memories. ………..🎶🌺
Yes,…….as most things that matter, there are not yet words to define ❤
They say words are like fingers pointing at the moon … yet in their direction we cast a moon shadow in the silver light of our dream …
That’s a beautiful way of seeing……. ❤
