as time
removed
the realm of clock
bound not hand
to hand –
dreams may change
tho here we are
the same
worn into
the waking
of one more chilly dawn
names are held
in silence –
prayer
becoming light
as faith
to carry –
safe within the
colors of my soul
echoes of forever –
a story
left untold
before
and still
I know
as I know
you won’t forget
there were some
you loved
– and some
who love you
yet
. . .

For me, the last stanz i he whole poem, Bobbie. The words go beyond the memories that were, the dreams that could be, directly to the now. Love to you ~Me
If we were ever loved, we are loved still. We cannot ‘un-love’……..for surely it couldn’t be called love if we did………. Me too.

Your welcome. You write beautiful poetry.
Sometimes too heavy for my english 😉 But:
“I get by with a little help from..” my dictonary.
You write so many beautiful poems and always it seems they are better than previous ones. And yet there are many that stand out above many of the others because of your hearts message that comes to life within us as it embraces us all. This one is a true treasure and I agree with Papa Bear, the last lines are heavenly…what you always share is ever so meaningful…truly a masterpiece. Hugs and blessings Bobbie!
Thank you, Wendell. My days have been consumed with the comings and goings of work……but know that always you sit in my heart, and soon, I shall find you (new) again. ~ Ever love, Bobbie
Excellent piece.
