would e’er my words
be sworn to ash
wings above the fire
stilled within the quiet
of feathers met in time
strummed to life
in worlds I’ve found
a place beyond the seen
leave me there
without the want to know
what lies between
chord to lay
across the bow
as lover set to silence
stretched above the day
to wrap around
a perfect night
of wayward stars
surrendered by the moon
and rolled into a river
running north
kiss my sleepy eyes
just before the veil is lifted
forever leaves
a sweetness
on my lips –
no more have I
the rest to know
of all I am becoming
heaven here
my hands to hold –
just this
beautiful! what joys and Peace! so happy for your return…all my love to you, dear friend, Linda
Dearest Linda, I have missed you all dearly………as I have missed the grace you so sweetly give through your friendship. My eternal love to you, Bobbie
you were very missed!
Your poem brought a beautiful light to shine into this new day! A very lovely write Bobbie, Have a very blessed weekend!
Thank you, Wendell. If I have made your day even a bit brighter, I am blessed. Truly, your kindness graces me. ~ Love, Bobbie
wondrous and beautiful, and I love the title — “just this”, because it just is. Love, Dee
Oh, Dee, I’m so glad you like this, and especially the title since that’s what I started with; sitting in the quiet and thinking ‘yes, this’. It is a beautiful truth, knowing ‘this’ is enough (is all and everything). This – yes, this. Thank you so much! ~ All my love, Bobbie
