ten thousand suns
a moment’s dare
to feel the warmth
of twilight bare
into the cleft
where once the heart
was troubled by forever
turned
a tenderness
unknown to most –
ashes fell as snowflakes
leaves of red
were golden sailed
into the midday
burn
. . .
“leaves of red
were golden sailed
into the midday
burn”
……..and moments pass into forever. ………………………………………xo
